Services
Diagnostic Evaluations (& Second Opinions) are an essential starting place on your journey towards developing greater mental wealth. My approach takes a life-long developmental perspective that is informed by behavioral patterns, personal narrative, interpersonal relational patterns, co-occurring medical illnesses, and cultural considerations.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative, relational, and transformational process that aims to expand your self-awareness and help you see paths through life that were previously hidden from view. These paths provide more opportunities for connection, meaning, and development of greater mental wealth for you and those around you. My approach is informed by psychoanalytic psychotherapy traditions, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).

Psychiatric Medication can be a pivotal part of developing greater mental wellness, which makes it easier to engage in psychotherapy and behavioral change, facilitating your ability to navigate life more effectively. Sometimes medication is helpful, and other times it is essential. I will collaborate with you to tailor a plan that will also emphasize the benefits of combining medication with psychotherapy, improving your nutrition, exercise, and sleep habits.

Children:
-
If your child is being prescribed psychiatric medications by their pediatrician and the pediatrician is suggesting that you start working with a psychiatrist, then I am a good fit.
-
If your child is already working with a psychotherapist and psychotropic medication management is suggested by your therapist, then I can provide a diagnostic evaluation, and we can partner to find the best medication to support your child's progress.
-
I treat children with ADHD (inattention, impulsivity, hyperactivity), ASD, depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, OCD, and more.

Teens and Adults: I offer diagnostic evaluation, psychotherapy, and medication management for teens and adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, OCD, and more.
